Bespoke Education’s week-long Summer Day Camps are designed for ages 5-12 years old, offering a full day of exciting activities, creative projects, and outdoor adventures. With a focus on hands-on learning and fun, our camps provide the perfect balance of education and play. Whether it’s exploring new hobbies, making friends, or staying active, your child will enjoy every moment in a supportive and enriching environment. Cancellation Policy
We value your time and are committed to providing high-quality, personalized diagnostic assessments. To ensure efficient scheduling and preparation, we have established the following booking and cancellation policy: 1. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s assessment appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the selected assessment package. Remaining balances are due at the time of the session. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. We are happy to transfer your deposit to a new date one time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 3. No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations Clients who cancel within 24 hours or do not show for their appointment will forfeit the $50 deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future services. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your child’s appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and the deposit may not be refunded or applied. 5. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at the discretion of our team. By booking an assessment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to partnering with you to support your child’s success
